Purchases from Advance ZincTek are final and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted if you change your mind. For any further questions, please contact Advance ZincTek using this contact form. The product(s) must be returned in unopened packaging within 30 days for a refund. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the value of the purchased product minus shipping. Shipping costs for returning the goods must be paid by you and you must also arrange this yourself. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure that you provide us with proof of purchase.
